I have been a collector of fountain pens for many years and have enjoyed the process of repairing and restoring pens to a working condition. My collections if fairly eclectic with no preference for any make or manufacturer. I have always been intrigued by the ingenuity and design capabilities of manufacturers and admire their desire to always seek to improve on what they have made.

I have pens suitable for all budgets as I feel it important to try and encourage the use of fountain pens for all ages and to suit all budgets. All of my grandchildren are given a fountain pen as they start senior school and on reaching the age of 18 a classic or vintage pen for them to treasure and use.

I have more recently been adding pencils and ballpoints to my collection, especially where they help to make up a set with a fountain pen. 

Many of the pens have original boxes and instructions adding to the authenticity of the pen.
